How do I return an item?
At Kosherclothing.com we offer a full refund for returned merchandise we receive within 14 days of the original date of receipt by the customer. For any merchandise returned after 14 days of the original receipt of merchandise by the customer, we will be happy to issue a Kosherclothing.com credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. We will not accept returns for merchandise that has been, or appears to have been, worn, altered or washed. All returned merchandise must be returned with a Kosherclothing.com issued return authorization number. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused and Kosherclothing.com will not be liable for any additional shipping costs that may apply.
Your return will be processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt of the items. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, you will be issued a Kosherclothing.com credit.
Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by a Kosherclothing.com representative.
All sale items are considered to be final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Kosherclothing.com is not liable for packages lost in the mail. We recommend returning your package via an insured, prepaid, traceable method to ensure a safe delivery. We do not accept COD deliveries.
